TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions relating to Gaiety Musical Theatre Festival. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time and you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions each time you make a booking. Please ensure that you are familiar with our current terms and conditions. www.gaietyfestival.co.uk is the online information and access to buying tickets for the Gaiety Festival 2022 (will be known as GF from hereafter) which is owned and operated by Mike Wilson Productions Ltd (will be known as MWP from hereafter). All tickets are sold on GF behalf by ‘Ticket Sellers’ “www.ticketsellers.co.uk” (will be known as TS from hereafter), their individual Terms and Conditions (click here) will be in addition to those written here.
1. OUR CONTRACT
1.1 For Ticket Sales
1.1.1 – All of our ticket sales for GF will take place through a third-party agent – TS. You will have the opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org. This email will contain an order number and full details of the tickets you have ordered. Please keep this information safe for your reference. You will then receive a second email a couple of weeks before the event which will hold your e-tickets that display a barcode, please keep this safe as this will be required to enter the GF site.
1.1.2 Your payment card will be authorised and payment will be taken as soon you place your ticket order. All transactions will be processed by TS.
1.1.3 GF, MWP and TS are unable to accept any liability for any tickets lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been received. Any such tickets will not be replaced or re-issued by TS, GF and MWP.
1.1.4 All tickets will be sent to the email account you have registered upon booking unless you have selected mobile ticketing. We will not provide any physical tickets. It is the buyers’ responsibility to ensure that all contact details are correct when purchasing tickets.
1.1.5 Tickets that will be accepted at the GF gate are; printed, an emailed ticket containing a barcode on a mobile device or a mobile ticket. The barcode must be clearly displayed and not defaced to enable scanning for entry to GF.
1.1.6 All individual attendees must have a ticket to enter the GF site. Any attendees without a ticket will be refused entry.
1.1.7 Tickets are not transferable. Any tickets that are not purchased through the TS website, may be declared void and will not guarantee entry to GF.
1.1.8 Tickets will be scanned upon entry to the GF site, and can only be scanned once. If attempts of a second scan the attendee will be required to purchase ‘On the Day’ tickets subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any tickets we believe to have been purchased fraudulently.
1.1.9 All junior tickets aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by, at least one adult over the age of 18.
1.1.10 Attendees requiring a Personal Assistant (Carer) ticket should contact TicketSellers telephone booking line on 0121 472 6688. We advise purchasers to buy their standard ticket first to obtain an order number before calling TicketSellers for a PA ticket. PA tickets are not available for those accompanying children under the age of 16, who are not permitted into the festival without an accompanying adult. (18yrs+)*
*Please contact TicketSellers if you have any specific requirements and we will assess on a case by case basis.
1.1.11 Any customers in receipt of middle or higher rate DLA or any level of PIP are entitled to a Personal Assistant ticket, and we do consider the needs of any customers not in receipt of these benefits on a case by case basis.
1.1.12 PA ticket holders are required to provide proof of their eligibity by providing any of the following acceptable documentation:
– Front page of DLA / PIP (middle or higher rate)
– Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)
– Evidence that registered severely sight impaired (blind)
– Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
– Credibility’s Access Card
1.1.13 Failure to provide the correct documentation of eligibility for a discount within 4 weeks of purchasing a standard ticket, may result in your tickets being cancelled and void.
1.1.14 Big Green Coach is our official transport partner. If you choose to purchase a ticket for their travel services via TS website after purchasing your GF tickets, you are bound to Big Green Coach and Ticketsellers own terms and conditions and privacy policies. By doing so, you agree to your data being shared between the two parties and is not in any way controlled or shared by GF. Please refer to their websites for their current policies.
1.2 Prices and Payment
1.2.1 All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payables. All orders will clearly state the ticket price and the booking fee, if applicable. All costs and discounts will be set out clearly before you submit your order.
1.2.2 Prices and offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. Offers are not available retrospectively.
1.2.3 TS transactions include a 10% booking fee+VAT for their services and is applicable to all GF tickets whether booked online or over the telephone.
1.2.4 MWP strive to ensure that all information on this site is accurate, however, occasionally errors can occur. If we discover an error, in the price or description of the ticket type you have chosen, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it. We accept payments from all major cards listed on the payment page. Payment is taken and deducted from the cardholder’s account once your order is processed.
1.2.5 All discounts are subject to availability and where applicable the discount will be applied automatically at the checkout. Where the discount code is required, this must be entered at order review point.
1.2.5 When phoning TS, the ticket agent will be subject to their own terms and conditions. GF and MWP are not responsible for any extra charges that occurred by calling TS.
2. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
2.1 Ticket Sales
2.1.1 Ticket sales are final and no refund will be given. If you have purchased Booking Protection, the purchaser will be required to follow the instructions on how to request a refund.
2.1.2 In the event of a cancellation by MWP, due to unforeseen circumstances, or the local government state that the event cannot go ahead due to a pandemic, we will contact all ticket holders with an option to receive a refund, to donate your ticket fee or to keep the ticket for a future event.
2.1.3 In the event of a refund being requested, the full ticket price excluding the booking fee will be refunded. Any extra costs incurred by the consumer, e.g a mobile ticket charge will not be refunded.
2.1.4 GF and MWP reserve the right to change the scheduled line-up of the festival at any point. Any cast changes will not entitle you to a refund and will not be permitted.
3. ENTRY TO SITE
3.1 Ticketholders consent to filming and sound recording as a member of the audience.
3.2 Ticketholders are advised that professional photographic and recording equipment is prohibited on GF site. Only pre-approved media will be allowed such equipment.
3.3 Laser pens, knives, or any offending article are prohibited on GF site. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed into the GF site. Any such items found will be confiscated. No dogs will be allowed onto the GF site with the exception of an official guide and assistance dogs.
3.4 MWP and TS and the venue accept no responsibility for any personal property.
3.5 GF, MWP, TS and the venue accept no responsibility for any consumer vehicles left on the GF site.
3.6 Upon entry to GF, all attendees will be subject to a bag search, and a body search if deemed necessary by the event organiser’s security team.
3.7 For the safety of all attendees, members of the public and road users, it is prohibited to gain entry to the festival site by foot. Due to the main road location of Ragley Hall, all attendees should arrive via arranged transport.
3.8 Ticketholders that choose to book travel via our official travel partner, Big Green Coach understand that GF is not liable or responsible for this service. Big Green Coach will do their best to ensure all festival-goers arrive at GF in the allocated time. Any transport issues that arise due to using this service should be taken up with Big Green Coach.
4.1.1 If you have any specific access requirements, please contact TicketSellers to discuss these. GF will endeavour to meet your needs. You may require your order number.
4.1.2 GF will work hard to ensure the festival is accessible to all. Please be aware that that the festival is held at Ragley Hall, a working farm and in some areas the ground may not be even which could cause limitations for wheelchair users or those requiring flat ground. GF will provide accessible toilets and a viewing platform.
4.1.3 Disabled parking will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis, on the display of a blue badge on the windscreen of the vehicle arriving on site. These spaces are limited. We endeavour to allocate disabled spaces close to the entry to the festival, but please be advised that there will be some distance to travel to the main stage area. The ground may not be even which could cause limitations for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility.
4.1.4 GF is providing a covered viewing platform for the main stage. There are limited numbers to access the platform and therefore the attendee can only have one PA with them on the platform. There are accessible toilets and a bar in the marquee.
4.1.5 Due to location on-site GF is unable to provide access ticket holders or PA ticket holders to the VIP tent and area.
4.1.6 We welcome assistance dogs to the site. We do not accept any other pets on site.
6.1 When purchasing tickets to GF, TS will gather relevant data about you to help process and authorise your purchase.
6.2 Please check TS data protection information about how they gather and hold your data.
6.3 TS will share the following information to GF for communication:
a. First and Last Name
b. Email address
This information will help GF to send out important information to the ticket booker about the festival.
c. First part of the ticket booker postcode
d. How did you hear about the festival
This will help GF understand general locations of where tickets are being booked, to help with future plans for travel and marketing
c. Authorisation to send third-party information and promotions
6.4 If you choose to purchase your travel with our official travel partner, Big Green Coach via TS, any data you provide will be shared between the two parties. This data is in no way controlled or shared by GF, and you will be bound to both Big Green Coach and TS own terms and conditions and privacy policies. Data that will be shared between the two parties, but are not limited to:

The information that you provide will assist Big Green Coach to fulfill their service request to you, please refer to both TS and Big Green Coach’s websites for their current data policies.
6.5 GF will contact all ticket bookers using the information given at the time of booking to inform them of important information regarding the festival.
6.6 If the ticket booker has agreed for GF to contact them regarding promotions or information about third-party companies associated to the festival, GF will do this on behalf of the third party.
6.7 GF will not give third parties ticket holder details under any circumstance. All correspondence regarding third-party information and promotions will be sent by GF on behalf of the company/organisation through the GF official communication email.
6.8 If the ticket booker has refused to receive any third party information or promotions, GF will do their best to ensure that they do not receive this information.
6.9 Ticket bookers can unsubscribe from emails from GF at any time. BUT may lose out on receiving important information about the festival like, but not exclusive to; amendments to the schedule, amendments to timings, etc.
6.10 If the ticket booker has unsubscribed to receive updates from GF, they will still receive communication from GF regarding any cancellations or rescheduling of the event. These cannot be unsubscribed from and are classed as IMPORTANT AND URGENT.
7. THIS WEBSITE
7.1 GF, MWP, and its suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website. We can allow you to use such materials to download, copy, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of MWP and GF material or content is strictly prohibited.
8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be immediately posted on Our Site and sent to those who have purchased tickets.
