Car – Ragley Hall is easily accessible by road. Parking is available on-site through the main entrance at a cost of £5 per car which must be paid for in advance. VIP ticket holders and Blue Badge holders are entitled to free on-site parking.

Train – The nearest railway station is Stratford-upon-Avon which is serviced by Chiltern Railways and West Midlands Railway. Taxis are available from Stratford station however, we recommend pre-booking as it may be busy. Please check train timetables ahead of time – Sunday services will be in operation.

Coach – We are pleased to be partnering with Big Green Coach, the UK’s largest events travel company, to bring you stress free travel directly to Gaiety Festival. More information, including all the pick-up locations, can be found here.

The entrance to the Ragley Hall Estate is located on a busy A road. For this reason, we kindly request that you do not walk to the festival site.

The car park will open at 09:00 and the gate to the festival site at 10:00. Entertainment will commence at 11:00 and conclude approximately 21:00. The festival site and car park will close at 23:00. All timings are subject to change.

Everyone is welcome at Gaiety Festival however, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible paying adult.

We are working hard to ensure the site is as accessible as possible however, patrons should bear in mind that rough terrain may provide challenges to those with limited mobility. We are, however, pleased to offer an access marquee with undercover viewing of the Main Stage and accessible toilet facilities. Patrons with access requirements should contact TicketSellers (01214 726688) to discuss their needs.

After purchasing a ticket, those who require a Personal Assistant should contact TicketSellers (01214 726688). Patrons will be required to provide documentation to support their claim.

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the event is cancelled. If this event is postponed, your tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date.

The event will go ahead in all weather conditions unless it becomes unsafe for our performers/crew or you as an audience member. Shelter is available however, please dress appropriately. Small umbrellas are permitted but we kindly request you are considerate of other festivalgoers.

Bag searches will be in operation at the entrance to the festival for the safety of our patrons, so make sure you arrive in plenty of time. Weapons, fireworks, glass, unauthorised professional recording equipment, alcohol, pop-up structures and/or any item deemed a risk to other festivalgoers will not be permitted.

Patrons are welcome to bring picnic blankets however, we discourage sitting close to the stage areas due to the high volume of attendees. Bench seating will be around the village and sofas and chairs in the VIP area. Tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures will not be permitted. 

Food and soft drink in a sealed plastic bottle is permitted. A vast array of catering is available on site including licensed bars. Patrons are not permitted to bring their own alcohol to the festival.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our patrons, smoking is only permitted in designated areas.

Pets are not permitted on site except for service dogs.

You will receive a standard/VIP wristband on entry to the festival which must be worn at all times. Those who have purchased unlimited funfair tickets, require entry to the access area or have signed up to our missing child programme will receive an extra wristband. Any damaged or removed wristbands will not be accepted.

Gaiety Festival merchandise will be available on the day of the event. We will also be welcoming vendors offering a huge variety of musical theatre themed gifts.

We will be offering performance opportunities to up-and-coming artists on our Bandstand stage next year. Artists will be required to submit an audition tape and attend an in-person audition should they be successful. Please follow us on social media for the latest updates.
